Little Organic Company Return Policy

Delivery Related
Incorrect Shipping Information
If packages are returned to Little Organic Company due to an incorrect shipping address provided by a customer, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the redelivery cost. Little Organic Company LLC. is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Little Organic Co Inc. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, Little Organic LLC. will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
No refunds, replacements, or credits will be issued for orders confirmed to have been delivered to the address provided in the order.
Wholesale Returns and Exchanges
There are no returns for merchandise purchased through our Wholesale site. However, we will gladly accept exchanges of new, unused, unaltered, and unwashed merchandise in salable condition with a receipt from our website within 15 days of purchase. The customer is responsible for return shipping on all non-defective items. "Non-defective" means the product is produced to the specification Little Organic Company LLC. The "Defectiveness" of a product is at the sole discretion of Little Organic Company LLC. Items may be exchanged or store credit only. No refunds will be issued.
